I’m all about being efficient in my routine, especially since I’m always rushing for time. I previously talked about how much I love products that serve multiple uses. Today, I’m talking about outfits that do double duty. Outfits that you can wear in the during the day in the office and then go straight to happy hour.
Double Duty Outfits
Since the temperatures are cooling down, I wanted an outfit that would be stylish, appropriate for work, and also keep me warm. I love how this outfit did all of that for me and the complete look allowed me to effortlessly leave the office and go straight out to date night with The Fiancée.
I wore a quilted sweater to keep me cozy, while the quilted pattern also kept the look chic. Then I paired the sweater with a black skirt that made the look flirty, but still work appropriate. Finally, I finished the look with thigh-high boots. They helped keep me warm and I love that the boots add a little bit of sexiness to the look, which makes them perfect for a night out.
As far as jewelry is concerned, I wanted something that would pull the look together. I picked one focal piece of my jewelry, my necklace, and kept the rest of my jewelry minimal. That way, the look would work for any setting and the jewelry wouldn’t overpower the overall look.
