The dress code at my current job is…that there isn’t really one. It’s really casual and laid-back for the most part. That doesn’t stop me from wanting to dress up and show off my style, though. I’m sharing this business chic inspired look.

Business Chic

I really wanted to go for a business casual look with a twist, so I put together this business chic look. I think it’s a great combination of both a professional yet casual look.

Outfit Details:

Salmon Pink Single-Button Blazer from Forever 21 (no longer in stock, similar style here)

White Bustier Tank Top from Material Girl

Slim Boyfriend Jeans from JustFab

Lightning Bolt Threaders from Rebecca Minkoff at Le Tote

Lightning Bolt Bracelet from Rebecca Minkoff at Le Tote

Nude Claire Scrunch Flats from DexFlex Comfort at Payless

Necklace was a gift from my sister

Hair Details

I did a perm rod set on my hair using the pink rollers and for the front bangs, I used the small blue Flexi rods (mostly because I ran out of perm rods). I love how the bangs turned out so I’m going to have to go out and get more of those small Flexi rods. For products, I used Lottabody Moisturize Me Curl & Style Milk as well as their Wrap Me Foaming Mousse that I received in a previous curlBOX.

Sidenote, I almost had an emotional breakdown last night because all of my pictures from my memory card vanished and I thought I wouldn’t be able to write this blog post. But I got them back (thanks to! Blogger struggles…
